Since they will take your money without verification immediately (when using Neteller), and you have proven your identity already to Neteller, you should not be required to either prove to them who you are... OR wait for your own money. This is just poor customer service.

However..... After the initial withdrawal is completed, the rest are as quick as most other online casinos.
